Helium® helps Krix deliver a sound online experience
In combination with a corporate website redesign, Krix wanted to move to using a content management system to be able to complete updates in timely and cost effective manner. The website needed to offer a variety of product information to help consumer and trade buyers easily decide on the best loudspeakers to suit their needs.
Leveraging the value of an active customer base, a strategy of allowing people to make their mark on the website was executed using the Helium® Blog module and a custom module that allowed ‘owner reviews’ to be submitted for each product. A dealer locator and product registration facilities were also created to make it easier for customers to interact with the Krix brand

The Helium® Blog module allows Krix to keep people fully up-to-date with company and product news as well as allowing Krix fans (Krixsters) to have their say.
Krix customers are given the ability to have their very own views on products listed on the Krix website using the owner review facility.
The interactive product carousel provides website visitors with a virtual showroom to explore the entire Krix range of home-theatre and hi-fi speakers.
