Capability Assessment enables Mayne to record, assess, administer and report on employee’s qualifications and capabilities. Helium® provides flexibility and control as administrators can easily edit various fields of information. HR can create new employee accounts and change the status of employee records. Employee assessment periods can be altered to give a timeframe to content and e-mail templates can be designed.
